Refund Policy

Returns

At City Shades, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, if this 14-day period has passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The original packaging should also be intact.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@cityshades.nl. We will guide you through the return process and help you request a refund.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund these shipping expenses.

For customers located outside of the EU, import duties or customs fees may apply. If these fees are not paid and the order is not received, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If your sunglasses are defective or damaged upon delivery, we will replace them at no extra cost to you. To exchange your sunglasses, please contact us at info@cityshades.nl.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

All free shipping thresholds apply to the net, post-return amount of the order. If part of the order is returned and, as a result, the net post-return amount falls below the free shipping threshold for the respective shipping address, we reserve the right to charge the shipping cost related to the initial (pre-return) order.

Return Shipping Deadline and Tracking Requirement:
After your return request is approved, you must provide the tracking number for the return shipment within 14 days. If the tracking number is not provided within this period, the return will no longer be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.

Restocking Fee
Please note that a restocking fee of five (5) Euros may apply for each returned item if the returns refer to or exceed three (3) items per order. Returned items must be sent back unused in their original packaging.
